Frank Duncan passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
Frank Duncan
I have gone to be with the lord. I am excited to see my wife Helen and my daughter Barbara again. My family Billy and Phyllis Duncan, Grandchildren Terry and Vicki 3 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson will continue the work I have started here. My sister and brother in law Betty and Jean Graves and sister Ruth Mitchell will help continue my legacy as well.
Spending time throughout the community shaking hands, talking weather or just chatting with friends was the highlight of each day. Developing the community and growing the economy in my neighborhood was my daily plan.
Serving as honorary mayor of Duncan Corrners as appointed by Papa Jacks. I am hanging up my apron, giving back my table and leaving pecan pie for my lunchtime supporters.
I have been blessed with lifelong friends and enjoyed the extended family that I have grown to love. Thank you son, my right hand man and the many caregivers that have become my family. Until we meet again.
