Kevin Brian Pasley, age 62 of Cornelia passed away Sunday September 9, 2018 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
A son of the late William and Jessie Quigley Pasley, he was born October 14, 1952 in Hialeah, Florida. He was a beloved husband, father and brother. He was a Florida native and he achieved his Associate's degree in divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He settled down with his wife and son in the hills of Habersham. He was well loved in the community and an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. He was known for his warm smile, witty banter, gift of making others smile and lifting their spirits. He often said his family was his greatest achievement.
He leaves behind his wife of 36 years, Tina Reeder Pasley, his son Brian and his favorite daughter- in- law, LeAnn. Brian and LeAnn are expecting their first child at the end of September, sister and brother-in-law, Robert and Barbara Coxe of Florida and three nieces, Jennifer, Heather and Kelly.
He was well loved and will be greatly missed. The family takes comfort in knowing his relationship with Christ and that we will see him again one day.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 14, 2018 at 2 P.M. at Antioch Baptist Church with the Reverend Chris Webb and the Reverend Stacy Penland officiating. The family will be at the home and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Louie Kelsey, Ray Skinner, James Skinner, Joey Dickerson, Jimmy Dickerson and Adam Bradshaw.
Flowers are to be omitted. Memorials may be made to the family, c/o Acree-Davis Funeral Home, P.O. Box 130, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 to help with the funeral expenses.
Interment will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Kevin Brian Pasley.
