Clay Junior Rogers

Clay Junior Rogers, age 64 of Skitts Mountain Rd., Cleveland, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 after an extended illness.

Mr. Rogers was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church and was the Owner of Clay Rogers Builder Construction Company. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Carrie Lou Rogers, sister, Jerilyn Rogers, brother, Ray Rogers, brothers-in-law, Lindsey Wiley, Al Scero and Ricky Dyer.

Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years, Donna Kanady Rogers; daughters and sons-in-law, April and Brian James, Franklin Springs, GA; Elaine and Brandon Hulsey, Cleveland; Amanda and James Cantrell, Sautee Nacoochee, GA; grandchildren, Carrie Beth Hulsey and fiancé Kyle Forrester, Shelby Hulsey, Issac Hulsey, Robbie Hulsey, John Clayton Reed, Ella Reed, Evan James, Joseph Cantrell, Wesley Cantrell, Anna Mae Cantrell, Cameron Cantrell; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ernest and Sandra Rogers, Earl and Peggy Rogers; Kenneth and Barbara Rogers, all of Cleveland; Garrison and Gertrude Rogers, Gaston, NC; sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Bill Stockton, Port Charlotte, FL; sisters, Mary Lou Scero, Gilbert, SC; Joyce Wiley, Lula; Annette Dyer, Cleveland.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, August 27, 2018 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dave Fortner will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
