Hilda Mae Pruitt

Hilda Mae Pruitt, age 71, of Cornelia, Georgia passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018.

Ms. Pruitt was born on May 24, 1947 in Clarkesville, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father, Hilliard Pruitt; brothers, Gene Pruitt, Eddie Pruitt; and granddaughter, Emily Faith Thompson. Ms. Pruitt was a member of the Fisherman’s Net Worship Center.

Survivors include her mother, Fannie Mae Mote Pruitt, of Clarkesville; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Jim Thompson, of Clayton; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Chris Bryant of Turnerville; Ron and Rachel Bryant, of Cornelia; brother, Rick Pruitt, of Gainesville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Gale and Bobby Weaver, of Clarkesville; Barbara and Dale Foster, of Mount Airy; grandchildren, Allison Bryant, Blake Adams, Brette Bryant, Lauryn Bryant, Logan Bryant, Nathan Thompson and Trent Thompson.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 27, 2018 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Pastor Matthew Mote officiating. Interment will follow in Level Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., Monday, August 27, 2018 at the funeral home prior to the service at 3:00 p.m.
