Mrs. Mary Fae Brady, age 90 of Murrayville, entered into Heaven peacefully on August 22, 2018 surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday August 26, 2018 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel. Rev. Les Fuller and Rev. Chris Blocker will be officiating. Interment will follow at Wahoo Baptist Church Cemetery in Murrayville. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brady was born on September 1, 1927 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Maydole Jones and the late Birdie Jones Parks. She worked in the textile industry for Johnson and Johnson and was a farmer. She was a member of Wauka Mountain Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 71 years Candler Brady and brother Ben Jones.
Mrs. Brady is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Judy and Norman Adams; daughter Joan Parker; son and daughter-in-law Jerry and Suzanne Brady; grandchildren Faith (Randy) Turner, Heather (Patrick) Blalock, Belinda Parker, Rachel Parker, Meredith Brady, Quentin (Jessica) Brady, and Caroline Brady; great-grandchildren Joshua Turner, Clay Turner, Mary Blair Blalock, Charlie Blalock, Annabelle Parker and Jackson Norwood; sister Lizzie Truelove and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to say a special thank you and acknowledgment to her caregivers, a special thank you to her granddaughter Faith, Wauka Mountain Baptist Church, Christian Hill Baptist Church and to all who brought food and visited Mrs. Brady.
