Anna Lee Martin

Anna Lee Martin, age 72, of Dawsonville, Georgia passed away August 11, 2018 at Northside Forsyth Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Lee Martin; parents William and Kathryn Wall Rudd; brothers: William David Rudd, John Edward Rudd and Walter Jefferson Rudd.

Anna is survived by her daughter Mary (Michael) Sokolowsky of Gainesville, GA; sisters Virginia (Chris) Pratt of Petaluma, California, Kathleen (Bill) Peacock of Jonesboro, Georgia and Venita Rudd of Cornelia, Georgia; many nieces, nephews, great-nephews and a great-niece.

Having recently moved from Stockbridge, Georgia, Anna had been a resident of the Dawsonville/Cumming area for less than a year. She graduated in 1964 from Avondale High School in Decatur, Georgia, originally having been born and bred in Gadsden, Alabama.

The family will celebrate her life by receiving friends at McDonald and Son August 18, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
