Barbara J. Marlow, age 66 of Homer, GA passed away August 7, 2018.
Born on April 28, 1952 in Commerce, GA she was the daughter of the late Seaborn and Frances Minish Brown and the widow of Joe Douglas Marlow. She was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church and was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Minish.
Survivors include her son, Craig Marlow, Homer; a daughter, Kimberly (Christopher) Wade, Athens; brothers, Scott ( Michelle) Brown, Homer and Michael Brown, Homer; a sister Rhonda (Dennis) Smith, Homer; 8 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held 11 am Friday, August 10, 2018 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dwayne Carroll and Rev. Don Blalock officiating. Burial will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
