Donna Sue Roland

Mrs. Donna Sue Roland, age 59, of Dawsonville passed away Saturday, August 4, 2018.

Donna was born in Tate, GA on October 14, 1959. She was preceded in death by her father Donas D. Roland and brother Dennis Roland. Donna loved her nieces and nephews very much.  In fact, to say she spoiled them is an understatement. She loved everyone she met and that love was given right back to her. Donna was as special and unique as anyone could be and will be greatly missed by her family. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and a member of Concord Baptist Church in Silver City. 

Survivors include her loving mother Estelle Roland, Dawsonville; brother and sister in law Doyal and Deborah Roland, Murrayville; sister and brother in law Darlene Rebbeca and Allen Stone, Dawsonville; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, a great nephew and a great great niece.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in the chapel of Banister Funeral Home. The Rev. Danny Spurr will officiate. Interment will follow in Amicalola Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
