Stevie “Peck” Owens

Mr. Stevie “Peck” Owens, age 64, of Winder, GA, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018.  He was preceded in death by parents, Rudolph D. Owens and Runette Stewart Owens, and brothers, Larry Rudolph Owens and Dennis Leon Owens.  Mr .Owens was survived by his daughter, Rebecca Lynn Owens, Social Circle, GA; brother, Royce Lee (Therasa) Owens, Buford, GA; sister, Shirley Ann Maddox and Donnie Cleghorn, Flowery Branch, GA; several nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts.  Mr. Owens was born on September 25, 1954 in Buford, GA.  He attended the Buford City School system.  He was a carpenter and was of Baptist faith.  No formal services are planned.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Flanigan Funeral Home to help with expenses in memory of Steve “Peck” Owens.
