James “Jimmy” Stewart

James “Jimmy” Stewart, age 73, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018. He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Margie Ann Burch Stewart, Sugar Hill, GA; son, Jimmy Stewart, Sugar Hill; grandchildren, Joey Stewart, Justin Adkins, Abigail Stewart, Caitlyn Wallis; great grandson, Hunter Waldroup; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Peggy Stewart, Commerce, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law,  Barbara and Sam Singleton, Cumming, GA, Fran and Royce Jackson, Buford, GA, Patsy and Joe Schubert, Woodstock, GA, Carol and Steve Harrison, Homer, GA, Bonnie and Tommy McCarty, Homer, GA; thirty-two nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins. Mr. Stewart was born on June 2, 1945 in Tampa, FL.  He received his education at Norcross High School, and was a retired grading contractor. Mr. Stewart was of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Blackwell officiating. Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park, 5051 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Norcross, GA 30092. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 27 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, July 28 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
