Donald 'Donnie' Robert Palmer Westmoreland

Donald “Donnie” Robert Palmer Westmoreland, age 66 of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2018. Mr. Westmoreland was born in White County to Lillian Lunsford Palmer Westmoreland and to the late Robert Palmer. Donald was a retired driver instructor for North Georgia Technical College and was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Diann Westmoreland and father James Westmoreland.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Damon (Gina) Westmoreland of Cleveland, his mother Lillian Westmoreland of Cleveland, and his grandchildren Jonah Westmoreland and Lilly Westmoreland. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Connie (Dwayne) Turner; Katie (Tim) Turner and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00AM Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in the Chapel at Barrett Funeral Home with the Rev. Kevin Woody and Rev. Gary Heffner officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mike Irvin officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
