Cecelia Russell

Miss Cecelia Russell, age 51 of Flowery Branch, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, July 6, 2018 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend Drewery Loggins will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 3 – 4 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Miss Russell was born May 9, 1967 in Heidelberg, Germany to the late John Thomas Russell, Sr. and Eva Mae Walker Russell.  She was disabled and was of the Baptist Faith. 

Miss Russell is survived by her brother, Gary Russell of Flowery Branch.
