Brenda Faye O’Shields Bray

Ms. Brenda Faye O’Shields Bray, age, 70, of Covington, previously of Flowery Branch, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018.

Funeral Services will be 1100 a.m., Saturday, July 7, 2018 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with entombment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Rev. Wanda Peacock will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2018 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Ms. Bray was born June 21, 1948 to Myrtle O’Shields and the late Fred C. O’Shields, Jr. in Atlanta.  She was retired from B.P. Gas and was of the Baptist faith.  She loved life and enjoyed her family.

Ms. Bray is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Janet & Bobby Ray Meeks in Social Circle; daughter, Jean Peacock of Covington; grandchildren, Heather & Matthew Clark, Robert Meeks, Daniel Meeks, Hope Peacock, Hannah Peacock; great-grandchildren, Jasper Clark, Easton Meeks, Sara Kate Clark and Ellie Jean Clark; siblings, Sandra Hall of Gainesville, Susan Smith of Covington, Fred C. (Lynnett) O’Shields, III, and Toni (John) Erickson.
