Lula Hillsman Pace

Mrs. Lula Hillsman Pace, age 92, of Commerce, GA died Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at High Shoals Health and Rehab.  Mrs. Pace was born in Oconee County, GA to the late John Marvin and Thelma Mae Anderson Hillsman, Sr.  She was a member of East Athens Baptist Church and was retired from Thomas Textile Shipping.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pace was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Pace; and a daughter, Janet Jordan.

Mrs. Pace is survived by her granddaughter, Suzanne Laing; grandson, Lee Jordan; great-grandchildren, Nikki Gee, Storm Laing, and Taylor Jordan; and great-great-grandchildren, J.T. Nalley and Peyton Nalley.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Sunday, July 1 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Evergreeen Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 5 to 8 PM.
