Roger Gene Pruett

Roger Gene Pruett, age 53, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Gene Glover Pruett. He is survived by his wife of thirty-two years, Cindy C. Pruett, Buford, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Danielle and Kerrick Osburn, Buford, GA, Anna and Kyle Brule, Buford, GA and Callie Pruett, Buford, GA; granddaughter, Eisley Osburn; sister and brother-in-law, Anita Pruett Pendley and husband, Mark Pendley, Buford, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Claudia Pruett, Buford, GA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Pruett was born August 3, 1964 in Buford, GA. He was a 1982 graduate of North Gwinnett High School and attended the University of Georgia. He was owner of Pruett Electrical Services in Buford, GA. He was a member of Crossview Church in Hoschton, GA. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking and woodworking. He loved going to the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Ashworth of Crossview Church officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 25, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Flowers are accepted or memorial donations may be made to Crossview Church, 1219 Highway 124, Hoschton, GA 30548 in memory of Roger Gene Pruett.
