Jeffrey Allan Cornett

Mr. Jeffrey Allan Cornett, age 63, of Flowery Branch passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Landmark Hospital, surrounded by his family.

Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 23, 2018 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home.  Rev. Gary Wilson will officiate.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2018 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Cornett was born February 14, 1955 to the late Fred & Dorothy Cornett in Phoenix City, Alabama.  He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.  Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his 6 grandchildren; BBQ, Classic Cars and Loud Music.

Mr. Cornett is survived by his wife, Charlotte Cornett of Flowery Branch; son, Nicholas Cornett, Sr. of Oakwood; son & daughter-in-law, Matthew & Kristen Cornett of Oakwood; daughter & son-in-law, Sadie & Phillip Kenyon of Flowery Branch; daughter, Atlanta Clem, of Bakersfield, California; grandchildren, Jayla, Kassidy, Raelyn, Nicholas Jr., Sawyer and Holden; brother & sister-in-law, Larry & Kim Cornett of Utah; sisters, Laura Smith and Linda Walters both of Columbus, Georgia; sister & brother-in-law, Debbie & Mike Gibson of Atlanta; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Claude & Debbie Simpson of Clermont; special nephew, Dakota Simpson; and several other nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Denny Cornett.
