Lowell Deitsch

Lowell Deitsch, age 91, of Bradenton, FL and formerly of Buford, GA passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018. He was preceded in death by his son, Benjamin Deitsch. He is survived by his wife of sixty-four years, Marilyn Cotton Deitsch, Bradenton, FL; sons and daughters-in-law, Bruce Lowell and Eileen Deitsch, Monument, CO, Brent and Patricia Deitsch, Duluth, GA and Brion Eric and Carol Deitsch, North Port, FL; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Deitsch Myers, Rockford, OH; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Deitsch was born March 9, 1927 in Rockford, OH. He was a 1944 graduate of Rockford High School. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He was retired from Honda Power Equipment after fifteen years of service. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Buford where he was a former member of the Silvertone Choir and the Upper Room Sunday School Class. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park in Lawrenceville, GA with military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
