R. Theo Brown

 Mr. R. Theo Brown age 92 of Cumming, Ga passed away on Saturday, June 02, 2018 at Northside Forsyth Hospital following a sudden illness.

Graveside services are scheduled for Thursday, June 07, 2018 at 12:00 noon in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Tim Chupp will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 07, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 noon.

Theo was born on September 17, 1925 in Cleburne County, Alabama to the late Jim Henry Brown and Ethel Elzie Estes Brown. He was retired from DeKalb County Maintenance Department where he worked as a mechanic. He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church.  Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his spouse, Geraldine Sims Brown, and brothers, Doyle Brown and Haskell Brown.

Mr. Brown is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Kris Henningsen of Cumming, granddaughter and husband, Krista and Josh Crane of Cumming, great-grandchildren, Ashton and Parker Crane, grandson and wife, Kyle and Amanda Henningsen of Bogart, brother, Harold Brown; sister, Sarah Smith, and a number of nieces and nephews.
