Robert Bryant Wright

Mr. Robert Bryant Wright, age 69 of Hidden Valley Road in Eastanollee passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at his residence.

A son of the late John Robert Wright and Maxine Greer Wright, he was born December 19, 1948 in Richmond, Virginia having lived in Memphis, Tennessee for ten years and then moved to Stephens County, Georgia where he lived most of his life. He was a U.S. Army, Vietnam Veteran. While serving in the Army, he worked as an engineer in the motor pool. He was a licensed gunsmith and also built and programmed computers as a hobby. He was a member of the NRA and the USCCA and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Ashlee Jean Wright.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Eugenia “Jeannie” Harris Wright of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey Richard Wright and Georgia Faye Wright of Toccoa; grandchildren, Robert James Wright, John Bryant Wright, William Edward Wright and Nicole Lee Wright Pritchett and husband Alex Pritchett; great-grandson, Skyler Pritchett; brothers and sister-in-law, Richard Earl Wright and Dianne Wright of Eastanollee and James Russell Wright and his partner, Martin Hogan of Copenhagen, Denmark; sister and brother-in-law, Carrie Wright Cole and Mike Cole of Daytona Beach, Florida; and a number of nieces and nephews.
