Nancy Hughes Sitton

Nancy Hughes Sitton, age, 69, of Cumming, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018. She was known for her caring and giving nature. She was always helping others and loved being of service. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she loved them all so very much. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Avon and Pauline Hughes; brother, Jerry Hughes and her granddaughter, Nancy Alexandra Hill.

Nancy is survived by her husband, James E. Sitton of Canton, GA; children, Lori (Stripland) and Patrick Stillsmonks, Joe and Bethany Stripland; grandchildren, Madison Estes, Camden Estes, Samuel Stripland, David Luke Shirley, Emma Grace Stripland, Conner Andrew Stripland; sister and brother in law, Regina Bennett and Art Hasselman, Dennis “Dolly” and Janice Hughes, Stephen and Kathy Hughes; sister in law, Janice Williams Hughes all of Cumming and many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 11, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffrey Hughes officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 5 to 8 P.M. and on Friday, May 11, 2018 from noon until the hour of service.

Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming is in charge of arrangements.
