Larry David Kelley, age 60 of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2018.
Mr. Kelley was born on July 6, 1957, in Demorest, Georgia, to Homer and Evelyn Turner Kelley. Larry managed numerous local grocery stores and most recently managed Cleveland IGA. He loved the fellowship he had with all of his customers. Larry loved his grandchildren dearly and most of all, he loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was an avid UGA fan and a member of County Line Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Denise Kelley, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Nick and Ginny Kelley, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, April and Arvo Bowen, Cleveland; grandchildren, Blake Kelley, Bailey Kelley, and Brody Kelley, all of Cleveland; parents, Homer and Evelyn Kelley, Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Debbie Kelley, Dahlonega; brother, Terry Kelley, Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Billy Reed, Gainesville; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 6, 2018 at County Line Baptist Church. The Rev. Matt Stowers and the Rev. Milton Harris will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with the Rev. Lewis Fortner officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-4:00 P.M. and 6:00-9:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
