Garry Wade Miller

Garry Wade Miller, age 64, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away Saturday, April 28,2018 at Emory University Hospital, surrounded by his family.

Memorial Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Garry was born on February 24, 1954 in Warrensville, North Carolina to Bobbie Sue Ashby Miller and the late Ellsworth “Bill” Miller. He spent his childhood and early adulthood in West Grove, Pennsylvania. Garry married the love of his life, Nancy, in 1992. Immediately after getting married, the two of them moved to Winter Haven, Florida. After residing in Florida for 5 years, the loving couple moved to Flowery Branch, Georgia where they spent the next 20 years creating a happy home. Garry loved life and left friends wherever he went.

Garry W. Miller is survived by his wife, Nancy Miller; his mother, Bobbie Sue Ashby Miller; children, Samantha Miller-Hall, Gregory Miller, Nicole Beers, and Morgan Beers; grandchildren, Kendra Lee Miller, Gia Hall, Alyssa Smith, Wade Miller, Grayson Hall, Kloe Miller, Bryson Smith, Ethan Smith, Alexis Garmon, Willow Miller, and Caleb Garmon; siblings, Karen Blackburn, Randy & Debbie Miller, Cathy & Donnie Codgill, and Robin & Jeff McKenna.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Emory University Hospital/Transplant Wing, 1364 Clifton Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30322.
