Albert (Candler) Brady

Obituary Date: Wednesday, April 18, 2018

Mr. Albert (Candler) Brady, age 92 of Murrayville, entered into Heaven peacefully on April 18, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel. Rev. Les Fuller and Rev. Chris Blocker will be officiating. Interment will follow at Wahoo Baptist Church Cemetery in Murrayville. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr. Brady was born on November 27, 1925 in Clermont, Georgia to the late Wiley Brady and the late Ellie White Brady. He served in the United States Army during World War II and retired from Chicopee Manufacturing. Mr. Brady was also a lifelong farmer.

He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Mary Fae Brady; daughter and son-in-law Judy and Norman Adams; daughter Joan Parker; son and daughter-in-law Jerry and Suzanne Brady; grandchildren Faith (Randy) Turner, Heather (Patrick) Blalock, Belinda Parker, Rachel Parker, Meredith Brady, Quentin (Jessica) Brady, and Caroline Brady; great grandchildren Joshua Turner, Clay Turner, Mary Blair Blalock, Charlie Blalock, Annabelle Parker and Jackson Norwood.

The family would like to say a special thank you and acknowledgment to his caregivers, a special thank you to his granddaughter Faith, Wauka Mountain Baptist Church, and to all who brought food and visited Mr. Brady.
