Mary Edna Bowers Presley

Mary Edna Bowers Presley, age 68 of Clarkesville, passed away on Friday, April 13^th, 2018.

Born in the Panama Canal on December 20, 1949, she was a daughter of the late John Edward and Edna Louise Bowers. Mrs. Presley loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She was a phenomenal nana and caregiver. Mrs. Presley lived life to the fullest and made her own rules. To anyone she met, she always greeted them with “Hey Baby”.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Wayne Presley Jr.; granddaughter, Jamie Elizabeth Presley; brothers, Thomas Allen Bowers and Bruce Daniel Bowers.

Surviving are her daughters, Angela Marie Presley Phillips, Mary Elizabeth Presley, Stephanie McCrackin, Kathy Antonelli; daughter and son-in-law, Linda Charlene Presley Sauls & Rod Sauls; grandchildren and spouses, Ricky & Tayler Phillips, Scotty Phillips, Peyton Phillips, Drake & Taylor Tucker, Grace Sauls, Cooper Sauls, Chase Presley, Justin Alexander, Amber Henry, Nicole Antonelli, Amanda Antonelli, Michael Antonelli, Angil Suffern, Masin Suffern, Alyze Grippe; numerous great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Henrietta Bowers Duke & Rick Duke; sister, Gloria Jean Bowers; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services are scheduled for 11:30 am, Saturday, April 21, 2018 in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart with Pastor Shane Jenkins officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11 am until the service hour and then following the service at the funeral home.
