Demer Louise Clark, age 88 of Gainesville, passed away on April 11, 2018.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 3:00pm at Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel. Interment will follow at Cool Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Danny Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00pm on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the funeral home.
Louise was born on April 24, 1929 to the late Charlie Smith and the late Evelyn Brookshire Smith in Dawsonville, Georgia. Louise worked as a machine operator at Cornet Carpet before retiring.
She was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church and a lifetime resident of Hall County.
She was preceded in death by her husband Amos Clark; her parents Charlie and Evelyn; and several brother and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, June & John Kinsey of Gainesville; son & daughter-in-law, Amos & Nancy Clark, Jr. of Hoschton; son Randy Clark of Gainesville; former daughter-in-law Gail Clark of Gainesville; 7 grandchildren, Sargeant Jeremy Clark of the United States Army, Wendy (Jeremy) Frazier, Colby (Ashley) Clark, Cindy (Michael) Littleton, Misty (Chad) Stanley, Melissa Hulsey and Chris (Ashley) Kinsey; 15 great-granchildren; brother and sister-in-law Wilbur and Jenny Smith; sisters Delphia Howard and Lillian Pat Pruitt.
