Robert Radford

Robert Radford was known to friends as "Bob" or "Big Bob", passed away on April 7 2018, at the age of 79 years old.

Bob was a native of Roanoke VA and a graduate of Blacksburg High School. He continued his education studying Business at Georgia State University in Atlanta.

In 1959, he voluntarily enlisted in the United States Army serving with honors and distinction. Bob went on to become an accomplished entrepreneur, loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all. He is survived by his wife, Linda Grant Radford, of 58 years, son Terry (Julie) Radford, son Donnie Radford, daughter Melanie (James) Jackson, son Joey (Krystie) Radford, daughter Kimberely Radford, son Jonathan Radford, and many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren,  nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral with Rev. Donnie Nix officiating. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1832 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096 phone: 770-932-2252. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Flanigan Funeral Home and Crematory, 4400 South Lee Street Buford, GA 30518 phone: 770-932-1133.
