Mrs. Jeanette Westmoreland Thomason age 81 of Payne Road, Carnesville passed away Saturday April 7, 2018 at her residence.
A daughter of the late Willie and Ruby Mae Stonecypher Westmoreland, she was born on February 5, 1937 in Stephens County, Georgia having lived most of her life in Franklin and Stephens counties. She was employed with Trogdon Furniture for a number of years and also a caretaker. She attended Old Liberty Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Willis Thomason in 1998 and a grandson Billy Thomason.
Survivors include a daughter Janet Lynn Thomason, a son James Terrell Thomason both of Carnesville, four grandchildren Heather, Lindsay, Ryan, and Wyatt and two great- grand children, four sisters Agnes Rickman of Toccoa, Francis Whitworth of Eastanollee, Linda Finley and Patsy Smith of Westminster, and number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday April 11, 2018 at 2 P.M. at the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Mark Nelson and Reverend Dr. Tommy Childress officiating. The family will be at the home and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6 P.M. til 8 P.M.
Interment will follow in New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers Ryan Watkins, Wyatt Watkins, Justin Carle, Wyman Watkins, Quenton Pruitt, Tracy Holbrooks, T.J. Logan, and Ricky Carrillo.
