Maylon Hamby

Maylon Hamby, age 83, of Cumming, passed away Monday, April 2, 2018. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Toy and Nellie Mae Hamby; brother and sister-in-law, Roy and Jimmie Hamby, aunt, Kate Hamby.

Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and Ronnie Scoggins of Cumming, Teresa and Eddie Holland of Cumming; 6 grandchildren, Jamie and Cameron Scoggins, Leslie and Jason Peels, Dana Hicks, Natalie and Eric McCleskey, Erika and Tim Jameson, Ethan and Yvette Holland; 9 great grandchildren, and a number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 5, 2018, at 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Craig Richard and Rev. Ruel Martin officiating. Interment will follow on at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Thursday from 10:00 am until the hour of the service.
