Mildred Arlene Shepp

Mildred Arlene Shepp, age 83 of Gainesville, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2018. She was born June 21, 1934 in Vincennes, Indiana to the late Herbert and Ernestine Snyder. In 1978, Mrs. Shepp began working as an office manager at Walton EMC where she served her community for over 20 years. Following her retirement; she enjoyed reading, crocheting, shopping, and of course her annual trip to the casino with her sisters.

Mrs. Shepp is preceded in death by her husband Robert Dean Shepp Sr., son Joe Allen Shepp, and granddaughter Becky Leigh Bowdoin Knight. Survivors include, her children Margie Hines of Gainesville, Bobby Shepp of Cleveland, and Bill Shepp of Gainesville. She is also survived by her sisters Linda Beaver of West Virginia and Beverly Harkins of Indiana, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
