Sharlyn Marie Rowland, age 65 of Hull, GA passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 at her residence.
Born on July 29, 1952 in Savannah, GA to the late Gaston and Myrte Pearson Baxter. She was a homemaker, of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Hamilton.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis Rowland of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Amanda Rowland, Hull; daughters, Marinea Alexander, Auburn, Flora Harlow, Elberton; brothers, Terry Joe Baxter, Royston, Jerry Baxter, Athens; special cousins, Janice and Mike Archer, Athens; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the funeral home.
