Ronald W. Miller

Rev. Ronald W. Miller, age 72, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018. He is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Rita Atkins Miller, Buford, GA; daughter, Keren and Adam Smith, Winder, GA; grandchildren, Tatumn Miller, Zuri Smith, Avery Smith, and Fimhey Smith; brothers, Robert H. and Sue Miller, Bryson City, NC, Darnell and Elizabeth Miller, Conyers, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Rev. Miller was born on November 12, 1945 in Clayton, GA. He was a 1963 graduate of Highlands High School, Highland, NC. He was retired from Duluth Boggs Road U.S. Post Office as maintenance manager. Rev. Miller was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served in Vietnam and was stationed in Germany. He was Baptist Minister and a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church in Buford, GA. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Atkins and Dr. Gerald Atkins officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
