Trena Jean Nielsen

Mrs. Trena Jean Nielsen, age 60, of Commerce died Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.  Mrs. Nielsen was born in Commerce to the late, Charles Almond Dalton, Sr. and Martha Josephine Ward Dalton.  Mrs. Nielsen was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Nielsen was also preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Nielsen.

Mrs. Nielsen is survived by her daughter, Misty Holliday of Commerce; son, Perry Holliday of Commerce; a number of grandchildren; brother, Jesse Bee Dalton of Irvine, KY; sisters, Laura Spivey of Commerce and Ann Hewett of Augusta.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 17^th at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the interment following in Grey Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at funeral home Friday night from 5-7 PM.
