Dessie Loraine Hulsey

                Dessie Loraine Hulsey, age 90 of Gainesville, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

                Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Reverend Doug Foster officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 16, 2018 from 12:00pm-2:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

                Mrs. Hulsey was born October 23, 1927 in Gainesville, Georgia to Oscar Andrews and Cora Andrews. She was retired from Chicopee Manufacturing and was a member of Community Baptist Church. Mrs. Hulsey was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Boyd B. Hulsey and her son, Eddie B. Hulsey.

                Mrs. Hulsey is survived by her grandson, Chad Hulsey of Gainesville; grandson, Christopher Hulsey of Augusta; granddaughter, Catherine Hulsey of Jacksonville, Alabama; daughter-in-law, Jacqueline Hulsey of Jacksonville, Alabama; a host of nieces and nephews.
