Della Arlene Fraser, age 84, of Martin, GA formerly of Buford, GA passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harmon Fraser; son, Jimmy Fraser; parents, Clarence and Ruby Smallwood; and brothers, Felton Smallwood, and Steve Smallwood. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Helen and Luther Scruggs, Martin, GA; son, Frank Fraser, Martin, GA; daughter-in-law, Theresa Fraser, Martin, GA; grandchildren, Melisa Dean, Wade Fraser, Tommy Fraser, Amanda Fraser, Michael Fraser, Kelly Fraser, and Matt Fraser; eleven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sisters, Mary Smallwood, Buford, GA, Hazel and Bobby McDaniel, Buford, GA, and Margie Sweatman, Royston, GA sisters-in-law, Evelyn Buice Smallwood, Cumming, GA, and Florine Elrod, Flowery Branch, GA; nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Fraser was born on October 2, 1933 in Buford, GA. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Shadburn and Rev. Scott Sweatman officiating. Interment will be at Old Friendship Cemetery in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until time for the service at 2:00 p.m.
