Ray Dean Grizzle, age 75 of Gainesville, GA passed away on February 22, 2018.
Ray was born on October 8, 1942 to the late Eugene and Hattie Grizzle in Gainesville, Ga.
Mr. Grizzle owned his own business- Grizzle Construction. When he was not working you could find him around the house tinkering on his old hot rod cars.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Winifred Grizzle, and grandson Jeremy Grizzle.
He is survived by his wife Janet Grizzle; brother Raymond Grizzle of Gainesville; sisters Vickie Castleberry of Oakwood, GA; Pauline Markmend of Orange Park, FL; Florence and Don Bailey of Duncan, SC; son Ray Willis Grizzle, of Cleveland, GA; Dean Grizzle, of Clermont, GA; daughter Debbie and Steve Allison of Flowery Branch, GA. His stepchildren were as follows, James and Monica Kimbler, Raymond Kimbler, and Scott Kimbler. He is also survived by several grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 26, 2018 at Alexander Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 11:00am with an interment to follow at Bethel United Methodist Church.
