Carolyn Gail Mills Palmer

Mrs. Carolyn Gail Mills Palmer, age 69 of Gainesville, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018 at her residence.

The Celebration of Life will be on March 2, 2018 at 2:00 pm at The Chattahoochee Country Club, 3000 Club Drive, Gainesville, Ga 30503. 

Mrs. Palmer was born December 30, 1948 in Andrews, Texas to the late Chester Mills and the late Earlene Parker Williams. Carolyn graduated from Texas Tech in 3 years with a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in English.  She later received her Masters in English Literature at The University of Hawaii.  Carolyn retired from Nortel Networks. Carolyn married the love of her life, Gary S. Palmer in 1971, sharing over 46 years of marriage together. She loved to travel, play tennis and golf and enjoyed reading.

In lieu of Flowers, a Memorial Fund at Hospice of Northeast Georgia had been established.
