Larry A. Phillips

Larry A. Phillips, age 67, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018. He was preceded in death by his son, Larry Kirk Phillips; parents, James and Louise Cagle Phillips; and brothers, Kenney Phillips and Ricky Phillips. He is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Debbie Wood Phillips, Flowery Branch, GA; children, Stacy and Brian Vandiver, Maysville, GA, Cindy Phillips, Flowery Branch, GA and Tori Phillips, Flowery Branch, GA; six grandchildren; sister, Kathy Phillips Whiten, Lawrenceville, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Tammy Phillips, Winder, GA, Mickey and Peggy Phillips, Norcross, GA and Randy and Sandy Phillips, Blue Ridge, GA; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Judy and Paul Forrester, Hoschton, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Steve and Brenda Wood, Lady Lake, FL; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Phillips was born November 19, 1950 in Doraville, GA. He was a 1971 graduate of North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA. He was a retired carpet installer. He was a member of The Lighthouse Baptist Church in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. There is no formal service planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Larry A. Phillips.
