Julie Williams Turner

Julie Williams Turner, age 78, of Auburn, GA passed away Friday, February 2, 2018.

She grew up on a farm in Henderson, Texas. She was the sixth child of 7. She loved to dance. She was a faithful member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Oakwood for over 25 years. She was very kind, lovable, selfless, and family oriented. She worked as a Legal Secretary for over 20 years.

Julie was preceded in death by Wallace Turner, ex-husband; Meredith Turner, daughter; and her siblings, Sada, Nora, and Leroy Williams.

She is survived by Court Turner, son; Randi Creighton, daughter; Miranda Coggins, granddaughter; Dustin Coggins, grandson-in-law; Isabella, Abigail, and Lilith, great-granddaughters; and siblings, Charlie Williams, Joe Harris, and Vera Bailey.

A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home in Gainesville, GA.

Pastor Rod Bell, Jr. will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 12 Noon until time of service.
