Randall Scott Carroll, Sr., age 49 of Elberton, GA passed away Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018 at his residence.
Born on Nov. 09, 1968 at Hawkinsville, GA he was the son of the late Edgar and Evelyn Carroll. He was a self employed painter.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Randall Scott and Kelsey Carroll, Jr., Danielsville; and grandchild, Riley Nicole Carroll.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
Arrangements are in the care of Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, GA.
