Ioan Berar, age 89, of Snellville, GA, died Saturday, January 20, 2018. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Teofil Cocian will officiate. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. An evening service will be held Friday, January 26, 2018 from 7:30-9:00 PM at the funeral home. Ioan was born in Chimitelnic Ludus, Romania. He worked in steel manufacturing in Romania before moving to the metro Atlanta area to be with family.
