John R. Zajicek, 60, formerly of Chicago, passed away suddenly.
Beloved son of the late George and Lorraine(nee Sherbert) Zajicek. Proud Father of Cody(Adrienne), James(JD). Stepsons John(Kay), Joshua Kay. Former spouse of Brenda Hannah. Dear brother of Barb (Rich) Henry,the late George (Becky) Zajicek, Ken, Glor, Bob, Ceil(Louis) Murray, Noreen(Tony) Molinari, the late Debbie(Greg) Castle, Lisa (Robert ''Keith") Stogner. Proud Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Remembered fondly by Cheryl Flanigan and many friends at Save The Horses in Cumming Georgia.
A private Memorial in Chicago will be given at a later date to celebrate his life.
