Rufus Leer Green

Mr. Rufus Lee Green, age 67 of Commerce died Friday, January 19, 2018 at his residence. 

Mr. Green was born in Commerce to the late, Howard and Donnie Minish Green.  Mr. Green was a carpenter.

Mr. Green is survived by his wife, Willie Gayle Elrod of Commerce; daughters, Shawanna Green of Athens and Shannon Barnes of Roanoke, TX; son, Chas Green of Jefferson; brother, Amory Green of Commerce; 4 grandchildren, Cameron, Caleb, Trey, and Taylor; 2 great grandchildren, Emma and Brady.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, Jan. 21st at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Swayne Cochran and Rev. Tim Garrett officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 2-4 PM.
