Ana Rosa Vasquez

Ana Rosa Vasquez, age 90, of Buford, GA passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luis E. Vasquez.  Mrs. Vasquez is survived by children, Luis and Barbara Vasquez, and Enrique and Chris Vasquez, all of Buford, GA; grandchildren, Christina and Alberto Miguez, Buford, GA, Anthony Vasquez, Flowery Branch, GA, Andrew Vasquez, Buford, GA, Enrique Vasquez, Ft. Meyres, FL, Vanessa Vasquez, Miami Lake, FL, Ethan Vasquez, Buford, GA, and Eva Vasquez, Buford, GA; great grandsons, Alberto Miguez, Buford, GA, Gavin Vasquez, Ft. Meyers, FL, and Adrian Vasquez, West Palm Beach, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Jose and Griselda Marquez, Atlanta, GA.  Mrs. Vasquez was born on November 6, 1927 in Mariel, Cuba. She was a resident at Brookdale Assisted Living in Buford for the past two years. Mrs. Vasquez was retired from GA Baptist Hospital as a central supply tech after twenty-five years of service. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs, GA.The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 23 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
