Mr. Larry Kenneth Jackson, age 72 of Gainesville, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Born March 25, 1945 to parents Christopher and Georgia Leona Oliver Jackson, Larry was a native and lifelong resident of Hall County. He was retired from Leece-Neville where he was a machine operator. He was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Marie Smallwood Jackson. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law; Steven and Kaye Jackson, Gainesville, Greg and Barbara Jackson, Clermont, and Shane and Alexis Jackson, Cleveland, sister; Susie Taylor, Lula, brothers and sisters-in-law; Sandy and Libby Jackson, Clermont, and Randy and Re-
gina Jackson, Lula, grandchildren; Hayden Jackson, Dylon Jackson, Logan Jackson, Whitney Waters, Jake Jackson, Alleyn Anderson and Corey Anderson.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018 in the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Forrester officiating. Interment will follow in the Yellow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Murrayville with Rev. Steven Jackson officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 18th from 2:00 until 4:00 and from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
at the funeral home.
