James Randal Corbin

James Randal Corbin, age 81, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-seven years, Sue Higgins Corbin; parents, Dewey and Christine Corbin; and sisters and two brothers. He is survived by his daughter, Cyndi Corbin, Sugar Hill, GA; sisters and brother-in-law, Patsy and Tommy Thornton, Buford, GA and Barbara Corbin Sudderth, Jefferson, GA; sisters-in-law, Rose Corbin, Buford, GA and Patricia Corbin, Sugar Hill, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Larry and Gloria Corbin, Carnesville, GA and Gerald Corbin, Buford, GA; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Elise and Ottis Bennett, Buford, GA and Barbara Higgins, Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

Mr. Corbin was born December 7, 1936 in Buford, GA. He went to Buford High School where he received his education. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army; He was a retired cabinet maker and he enjoyed woodworking.  He was a member of West Buford Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Southerland and Rev. Jerry McCormick officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
