Kevin Gibson, Jr

Kevin Gibson, Jr., age 40, of Jefferson passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018.  Kevin loved his family and his job at QuickTrip.  His hobbies were playing pool, ping pong, photography and dancing.  Survivors include his wife Margie Gibson; parents Kim and Kathy Satterfield; sons Joshua Lamar Gibson and Ethan Blake Gibson; daughter Shayla Ann Nicole Gibson; brothers Steven Ray Gibson of Athens and Christopher James Gibson of Jefferson; sister Crystal Gail Malcom and husband William of Hoschton; step sisters Crystal Satterfield and Casey Satterfield both of Braselton; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, January 12, 2018 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.  Pastor Thomas Holmes  and Shayla Ann Nicole Gibson will be officiating.  Interment will follow at Walnut Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, 557 Hwy 60, Hoschton.  The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the funeral home.  Funeral arrangements by Lawson Funeral Home, 4532 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA, 30548, http://www.lawsonfuneralhome.org, 706-654-0966.
