Carolyn Imogene Duckworth, age 72, of Jefferson, GA passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Carrie Gaddis; son, David Gaddis;
6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service for Carolyn is scheduled for 10:30 AM Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Faith Tabernacle Holiness Church on Blackstock Rd. Talmo, GA 30575.
