Sandra Lee Black

Ms. Sanda Lee Black, age 61, of Edward Street in Toccoa passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017.

The daughter of William J. and Jeanne Weaver Black, she was born July 31, 1956 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and had lived in Toccoa for the past several years.

She is survived by four children, Sherry Eubank and Sam Black both of Illinois, and Shane Black and Sara Black both of Toccoa, and also by thirteen grandchildren.

A Memorial Service is to be held for Ms. Black at a later date.
