Lillie Belle Adams Bell

Lillie Belle Adams Bell, 88 of Chicopee passed away Monday December 18, 2017 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Born in Lumpkin County, Mrs. Bell had lived in Hall County for most of her life.  She was the daughter of the late Dea Harrison Adams and Jasper Norton Adams.  Mrs. Bell was retired from Leece-Neville and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Lonnie "Alex" Bell; daughter, Beverly Rowan, and son, Maurice Arnold Bell, all of Chicopee; sister and brother-in-law, Tempa Ruth and Lawrence Truelove, Gainesville; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Bell is preceded in death by her parents, son, Leslie Owen Bell, brother, Gene Adams and son-in-law, James Rowan.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday December 22, 2017 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home.  Rev. Leon Thompson will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday December 21 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
