Eunice Mattielee Scarbrough Miller

Ms. Eunice Mattielee Scarbrough Miller, at age 96, is at peace with the Lord on December 11, 2017.

Born March 10, 1921 in Upshur County, Texas, later moving to San Leon, Kemah and finally League City, Texas, and was married for 60 years to Charles Joseph Miller, Sr., who predeceased her in death.

She was a mother to three daughters and one son. Carolyn and spouse Leon Hurst. Charles Joseph Miller Jr. and spouse Sue, Linda and spouse Kenneth Furey, Joyce and spouse Les Albrecht. She was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

In Lieu of a funeral or memorial, the family met in private.

Eunice was a wonderful Christian, Wife and Mother. She was known to be a beautiful prayer warrior and her favorite saying was “Prayers from a faithful person can accomplish much.” and “God is Great.”
